Merchandise Return Policy

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be returned in new condition including all original packaging.

  • Any merchandise showing signs of wear, engraving, altering, re-sizing (by and outside jeweler), or damage will not be eligible for return.

  • In the event your item(s) are not eligible for a merchandise return, your items will be returned to you at your cost. Payment of shipping must be received and processed before your item is shipped back to you.

  • In order to safeguard your package please follow shipping instructions including directions for proper packaging of your return items.

  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments.

  • Refunds will processed within 30 days from the date that merchandise is received. We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. Gift items will be refunded with a store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for return of funds. We look forward to processing your request.

    • All original packing materials and paperwork including receipts, gift receipts, warranties and/or certificates.
